PRIVACY NOTICE UNDER THE TURKISH PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK)

As Dentist Alaaddin ÖZTÜRK, acting as the Data Controller, we attach great importance to the protection and security of your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

4. Your Rights Under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to:

Request information regarding the processing of your personal data.

Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with that purpose.

Learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or internationally.

Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.

Request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data when the reasons requiring processing no longer exist.

Request notification of any correction, deletion, destruction, or anonymization to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.

Right to Apply

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under the KVKK to Dentist Alaaddin ÖZTÜRK, acting as the Data Controller, in writing or through other methods prescribed by applicable legislation. Your requests will be evaluated and responded to within the legal time limits stipulated by the KVKK.
